I led the overhaul of HealthStream's award-winning Checklist platform, used by over one million healthcare professionals worldwide. I helped build the application from the ground up using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, guiding it from initial development through production release. The platform enabled evaluators to manage participants, assign checklists, attach feedback, and apply structured response options like 'pass' or 'fail' within dynamic session workflows. I also developed features that allowed evaluators to rename sessions, track progress through labeled session states, and seamlessly interact with backend services. To support a smooth user experience, I initially implemented session-based state management and later transitioned to fully integrated API-driven data flows, ensuring that user progress persisted reliably across sessions and locations.
